I am just two weeks out and am totally addicted to the scale!!  I need to put it away.  The first week I lost 12 pounds, this week nothing.  It is making me crazy.  I get on it approx. 5 times a day.  I really have a problem!!!  I am going to put that scale away right now!!

Great to see you're so dedicated to your physical regimen. It will serve you well!

I weighed myself once a week during my first 18 months out. Always on a Wednesday evening on my way home from work. That was my doctor's late night.

I eventually transitioned to once a day, buck naked, first thing in the morning. That is my ritual to this day. I rely on the scale to help me keep in touch with my body. it's not the only number that matters, not by a mile, but it matters, and it's a fair guage of personal trends and patterns.

I'm so happy for you. Sounds like things are going great!
