A friend of mine got this book for his wife.


Anyway, I was folding some laundry, and I noticed how much smaller my underwear is that my old underwear.  I still don't understand how they both sorta fit...but the size difference is dramatic. It was a nice thought while I was drinking my Cappacino protein drink.  I really like the Nectar Cappacino, and w/ milk, it's 30g protein.

Good for you, I am noticing so many changes with my clothes, the lbs aren't coming off as quick anymore but the clothes are getting bigger and bigger. Wishing you continued success.

And congrats on the undie issue - it's amazing to see your clothes.  Frequently I pull my jeans out of the dryer and go "these fit me??"  The nectar cappuchino happened to be one of my favorites as well - and I would make shakes out of it with skim plus mil**** cubes, and a packet of SF CIB chocolate and make a chocolate mocha shake.....

and yeah I find it funny what I can wear too... come on why can't I fit into a size 9/2xl undies from hanes but I can wear xl undies from vickies??!!?

Yep...I don't get the underware thing either.  Once they start falling down around your ankles while walking, it is time to consider getting rid of them.

ROFLAO! I actually had that happen but it wasn't because of weight loss (not yet) my elastic had outlived it's stretch! I was wearing a skirt with no hose at a get together. Finally I just took em off and threw them in my best friend's trash can...after hiding  them in a walmart bag!

That book looks very funny -- thanks for sharing Steve!  I know we've never met before and I'm not sure we've ever even spoken on OH before (I was gone for a little while) but I wanted to say hi and congratulate you on your wow moment!  That is great!!  I live in Boston, but I actually had my surgery done in PA at Barix (with Dr. Pupkova also!) and I come back to PA to visit from time to time so hopefully, we'll get to meet one day!
