Allow me to introduce myself to this board. I am patient (like many of you) my name is Bo McCoy and I began the journey at 626 lbs. I lost over 320 lbs. I am now 6 years out and have totally transformed my life.

I work for OH as the Director of Sales so you have me to blame for the ad banners. :-) grin!
