Cool beans, girlfriend!! That is so awesome!! Good heavens, I've lost more than you weigh now - I've lost a whole Pam and then some!!

I'm so happy for you - you've done so well and have been so diligent about working your tool, yet you let us know when you needed a little TLC and support because as we all know nobody's perfect - after reading Andy's post this morning he certainly attested to that.

I think you have the right idea about maintaining your weight - keep in mind what you know it should be and make sure you stay within that range.

Congrats Pam! That's so wonderful. You've done such an amazing job working your tool and your body and I'm so thankf ul that you share as much as you do. It was wonderful to see you in 3-d last night as the pics online don't do anyone much justice. Thanks again so much because your postingt helps me (such a newbie) in my own new journey.
