Who's getting their excersise groove on?? Wednesday Edition

Good morning!!

Hi! Well I slept in (ha ha) it is 4:30 am since I was out sooo late last night.  I am going to do my hour on thetreadmill and then some weight work!!

I actually did sleep in this morning because I'm going to the gym tonight - I'll do 20 mins on the treadmill, my circuit training, then 30 minutes on the bike.

Hi Laura and PA!

So far today, I took one 10-minute walk outside, I did 35 minutes of Pilates and I did a 30 minute combination of walking and running outside.  Later on tonight, I plan to take two more 15-minute walks outside.

Hope everyone is having a good day and whoever is going to the Barix meeting tonight, have fun -- I'll be thinking of you!!!
