Anyone had insurance reimbursement for VSG in PA

I know of one person who had VSG done at Abington and Aetna paid for it.

Has anyone else had the sleeve in PA and had insurance pay?

I am in the program at Lehigh Valley, I complete my 6 months next week, and the insurance person there said no insurance would pay for the sleeve.  From my time on the VSG forum, I know that is not true in other states. 

I have Amerihealth Administrators.
