I had some for breakfast with fresh strawberries - its about the only cereal I can really tolerate and its very good. I don't have it every day but its a nice change from my protein shakes once in a while. So many cereals - even the supposedly 'healthy' ones - are loaded with sugar, and we all know that I am 'Miss Queen of Dumping' as Pam so lovingly named me!!

Thanks so much for the heads up on this cereal.  I have been looking for some breakfast alternatives to yogurt and this sounds great! Especially with the fruit as mentioned by others.  I may actually mix the yogurt and cereal for an interesting texture and a little extra protein!  Thanks again :o)

Great Idea.  I used to put Grape Nuts in my yogurt for crunch.

Thanks,
Trish

Kashi also has a high protein cereal... with 6.5 grams of protein for 1/2 cup of cereal... like many of you, I mix it with greek yogurt and it's yummy and full of protein.
