QUESTION

Hi everyone, it's been a long time. Just wanted to know if anyone could suggest a surgeon in the Philadelphia area that does revisions???

I recommend my Dr.
her name is Dr. Pupkova and she is very proficient at her craft.
I believe her contact info is in my profile, to the right of this.

But if I were to have it done again, I would certainly do at it Barix again.

Also you will find that many of us here are Barix babies...and a lot of us are Dr. P's patients.

I will say the nice thing about her, is if  you are having trouble she wants you to call her. When I have, she asks why I've waited so long....

For minor things, I email her (she gives you her email and cell upon discharge) and she gets back in about 48 hrs.  I asked her if I can be a blood donor and stuff like that on email.

She really does care about her patient....she gives you a hug at each visit...

I am a Barix baby as well. I had Dr. Kaczmarski who is no longer there. thanks for the info!

But I think I tried Barix before and they said they don't do revisions?

My wife was having problelms, and the nurses scared her saying they thought she needed a revision, but Dr. P said no. I believe she does do them. I would call Barix and ask for her nurse...I believe her name is Cindy, but most of them can probably answer that question.

Dr.Brader does revisions of some sort but he is in lancaster.

Why do you think you need one? WHat kind of revision do you want?

I just feel like a failure. I have gained almost all my weight back. i will be three years out in february. i was looking into the switch but I am not sure yet
