Just a reminder - if anyone is interested in the Frankford Hospital 5K walk/run. It is on Sunday September 14th. The phone number for the wellness center for registration info is (215) 612-4576. It starts out at the Skate Zone at Comly & Decatur in Phila.. I plan on walking and Arlene is joining me. It would be wonderful a group of us walking. Tammy
