Wednesday's Food Log...

Hi Everyone!  I have to get back into the habit of writing my food down.  I haven't done it in a few weeks and it was my staple for such a long time.    I noticed that no one posted this yet.. so here ya go.

I am 16 months out and here is my plan for the day..

B: W.C. Oatmeal, boiled egg - 13g
L: 3 oz tuna mixed with skinny swiss, brocollii, 8 melba rounds - 25g
S: 2 cheese sticks, 8 melba - 14g
D: shrimp and veggies- 20g
S:  1 cup cheerios, 1 oz low fat cheese - 11g

Protein - 83g
I usually get about 70 oz of fluids in a day.

I have stopped writing out my menu - and my eating habits are definately suffering from that.  I obviously need to plan better.  This isn't the greatest of days for me to start as tonight is my last night at work, so then I switch to a day schedule....but 1/2 a menu is better than no menu I guess.

B:  South Beach Protein Bar:  10gm
S:  Ricotta cheese 20gm
L:  Salad w/ chicken or turkey from wawa 21gm

That's all I've got right now....51gm for half the day and then after my nap when I get home I will figure the rest out.

Good morning!!  I will be 2 years out next Thursday.

B:  Weight control oatmeal made with skim milk......10 grams
     slice of homemade zuchini bread.....??

S:  Cheese, tlc crackers (7)....10 grams

L:  3 oz tuna and melted cheese on pita......35 grams

S:  1/2 cup apple sauce

D:  grilled eggplant, veggie burger with cheese.....30 ish grams

S:  watermellon

I really need to concentrate on getting in more water.  The  majority of my vacation was spent downing beer and coffee, but not a whole lot of anything else.  Time to get back into the swing of things (namely water!)

I never write down my food, but maybe I should. LOL

Today:

B: 2 eggs scrambled with onions, cheese and steak mixed in.

S: 2 pieces of string cheese

L: Steak (about palm sized) and Broccoli with cheese

S: Colby jack cheese (2 pre-cut slices)

D: ??????????
