Congrats and welcome home!  It's your new birthday!  I was gassy, I mean VERY gassy too.  Got better once I got home .  Focus on the fluids, that is really critical.  The only way I have been able to get all my protein and fluids in is to get up early and stay on some sort of timing schedule for protein.  I have my major shot for breakfast.  Some kind of mini=shot (5 grams) around 10.  Major shot for lunch.  Mini-shot around 2-3 (5 grams).  And another major shot for dinner.  Mix it up though.  Just keep trying new ways to get it in.  You'll get there, you're doing fantastic.
