Anyone use HUP for surgery?

Hi! I was wondering has anyone used HUP ( Dr. Williams,Dr.Dumon)? What I want to know is what is the $ 200.00 for the Nut used for?

I used HUP Dr. Williams. I have nothing to say but great things about the service I received during and after surgery. The $200.00 covers the cost for all of your follow up visits too there is not another fee after that. Insurance does not cover this fee, that is why you have to pay out of pocket.
