OT Resume help?
We would love to buy - but in all honesty - our credit is absolutely atroscious and I know we A) probably wouldn't be approved and B) if we were approved, I can't imagine what the interest rate would be.
Hopefully with saving $$ on rent and making a few extra dollars at lvh....we'll be able to quicker pay off our debt and also save. We had a cute little nest egg for quite some time...but w/ hubby being out of work for the majority of the past two years...guess where that $$ went....
