HI NEW TO THE SITE AND HAVE QUESTION ABOUT APPROVAL FROM HEALTH ASSURANCE I HAVE A CETIFICATE OF COVERAGE THAT STATES NO BARIATRIC SURGERY IS COVERED HAS ANYONE BEEN APPROVED WITH THIS INSURANCE WITH A APPEAL FOR LAP BAND SURGERY

I do not have this insurance - but have not heard good outcomes with people whose insurance plans have exclusions.

self pay
different insurance through employer or family member
self insurance
