Just a note on your country style ribs.

They are one of my favorties to make on the grill. Just be careful of cooking them too long. Pork can get dry so quickly and if it's dry, I just can't eat them. And it makes me so mad! LOL. So I usually take over the grill cooking of pork as my BF like things OVERDONE and often cooks things to the point I can't even eat the dinner! LOL. I have become a grill control freak! He He.

Thanks - great advice!! I haven't made these in ages so I'm a little rusty - my grill is a big George Foreman electric grill so I can control that a little better than our old gas grill. Plus we don't care for a lot of sauce so most or that will come off even tho it would probably help with the moistness.
