what do i have to do to get a ticker to work?

everytime i try to upload one to my signature, it tells me that it's too big, but i don't see any options on how to resize it.  i'm not that computer savvy, so can someone plz tell me how to do it?  thanks.

If you go to tickerfactory.com and make one, then copy and paste it into the signature area I have never had a problem.
