Congrats! Those are all HUGE accomplishments and definately do not beat yourself up over your gain. You have had many successes in the past three years and that in and of itself, along with having a family of your own is just fabulous!!

The tool will always work - you need to commit when you are ready to losing again and regaining your control over your tool.
