****Sunday Roll Call****

I'm 35, so no menopause here yet.  I've been doing a lot of walking, but I like your idea of relaxation/meditation so I think tomorrow I'll get out my yoga mat and do some of that too.  It would probably help to make my brain feel less cluttered. 

I'm also feeling very emotional, which I think is from the stress too.  A lot of things are making me tear up, and I'm not usually like this!

I love the idea of going for the gold medal.  The gold medal of good health!

Good Morning to All!

Today's my 51st birthday!  I plan on going out to spend some money.  I wi**** where on clothes but I haven't lost enough to justify that yet, but soon!  My husband is taking me out for dinner to have my favorite meal, Chicken Margarita Salad.  I found a recipe for the dressing on line and was able to make it low fat and with splenda; I'm very excited about that.  A meal out after surgery!!!  I will also go swimming in the pool with my son and maybe take a romantic walk with my husband later on.  Today is all about me, one out of 365 isn't bad.

Hi everyone. 

Nothing exciting planned for tday.  My dad talked me out of finishing the walk way....I think he thinks I will mess it up LOL  I guess it will have to wait until he gets back from vacation.

I have two outside lights that need to be sanded and painted, laundry to do and cleaning.  I was going to start to paint my bedroom, but I got caught up in other things yesterday, so I don't want to start it today and not be able to fini**** before I leave on vacation, so it is going to have to wait until I get back.  I also want to pile up the yard sale stuff in the livingroom and see what else I can add to the pile. 

This week I have a nail appointment, hair appointment, mamogram, need to mow the lawn, clean the house and pack for vacation.  I can't tell you how much I need to get away!!

Not much going on today. Spent yesterday with some old friends driving them all over Amish Country so we could shop and hang out. Slept way too late today, and I am now at work. So this day is kind of a wash.

I'm here!  Better late than never, eh???   Went on a ride today.. to the Beaver Run Motorsports Track. I didn't ride the track, jus****ched some friends ride!  I got alot of sun... feeling it now.. gonna hurt tomorrow!
I'm like really ticked at my hubby as he made brownies while I was gone... I'm trying to be sooooo good, and I come home to the entire house smelling like chocolate!~  Grrrr.. LOL   Oh well.

Before you kill him, get some air freshener and candles going and change the smell of the room.  Then kill him.  I would want to commit murder too if someone did that in my house right now.
