PS: have you checked the psych charts? They say I'm still far from normal....lol ya know I luv ya!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I can't think of much that is cooler than a normal BMI.
All the work you've done has been so worth it.
You've lost weight and gained self-esteem and true personal growth.
