For the Barix Meeting Wednesday Night, 8/20.

I hope to have some info Wednesday night for everyone.

Ohhh I would LOVE Saturday meetings
Weds just aren't possible for me
it takes an hour to get out to Barix and my hubby doesn't even get off of wor****il 7pm
I'm not about to drag 3 little boys to the meeting with me
so as of yet I've been unable to attend

I'd love to come this weds but I have open house that night for my son who is starting Kindergarten
plus I have to drive out to Barix on Thurs for my 6 month post op

2 trips that far away back to back would be a lot of gas money lol

Hi Dennis.  If time permits, I'd like to talk about vitamins and deficiencies and the possibility of vitamin overdosing.

Hi dennis i'm planning on attending and I would like to talk about how to plan out 5 -6 small meals it's so tuff for me to get in 5 meals . I'm not planning right or eating to far space out something is wrong not getting enough in . I'm 2 mos post-op.  Thanks see you on Wed.

I am going for surgery on the 27th but it was recommended that I attend a session of this group prior to my surgery date.  Is it okay if I come on Wed. night?

Congratulations on getting your date for surgery.  Absolutely, please do stop by. Our focus will be on post-op patients but some pre-ops do attend and hearing from those further out will add to your knowledge.
