CHICKEN MEATBALL RECIPE
take 1 lb ground chicken
2 eggs
minced garlic to taste
salt & Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan/Romano cheese
breadcrumbs
mix it all together add breadcrumbs until you can get them so that you can roll them in balls
keep your hands moistened with waterso they roll nice
I have never baked them in the oven so I don't know how they taste, I do fry them in Olive oil make sure the oil is reall hot when you place the meatballs in and them take tem out and place on paper towel to absorb the extra oil.
FOR HAMBURGERS take out garlic and Macaroni cheese and add chopped onions and the burgers you can place on the grill
