Any experience with Diet & Exercise tracking software (iPhone or PC)?

Hello board,

I'm a bit of a technical geek and I like gadgets.  I've finally convinced my wife to allow me to get one of the new iPhones.  I'm seeing a lot of diet and exercise tracking software available - both for the iPhone or just for a PC.

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations on software packages?  While I like "free" programs (i.e. shareware) I don't mind paying a bit of money if the software is really good and helps me track my goals.

These are the 3 I've looking into so far:
* http://www.mynetdiary.com/index.html

* http://www.fitnessjournal.com/

* http://www.gyminee.com/

At this stage I'm more interested in tracking diet than exercise.

Thanks,
-GD

Hello,
I have used Calorieking.com before.  You can track eveything.  I am not sure what it costs.
Let us know what you decide.

I have an iPhone and use a tracking application called Absolute Fitness... It allows you to browse something like 7,000 foods and activities, change portion sizes, duration (for activity) as well as add custom foods etc... it tracks your "stats" for the day.  How many calories/fat grams/protein etc... you're allowed and what you've had which is compiled from the start up questions it asks... All in all I love it and think it's a great application.  I think the cost was $14.99.  I totally recommend it.
