Thursday's Appreciations

I appreciate...
That I have wonderful doctors in my corner these days. 

That my self confidence is returning and I do not have to fake it so much anymore.

I have way more energy then I did just 6 months ago.

That I like yogurt now and hated it prior to surgery.

I appreciate...

Being able to get up early and ride my recumbant bike for 6.75 miles in 30 mintues.

Being able to take a walk and not sweating like a pig.

Not having indigestion or heartburn anymore from over-eating.

The love and support of my family and friends throughout this journey.

That my dad made it though coratid artery surgery yesterday gets, yet again, another chance in life.

I appreciate  Dr. P who helped me feel this wonderful, I am off most medicine and my energy level is beyond belief.

I can scratch my back myself


I am most appreciative for all the new friends that I have made, and the wonderful support that I receive from my family
