weight/bmi ticker??

Hey guys.. How do I get one of those cute tickers on my posts?? Does it matter that I still have the old profile type? I don't want to lose my "journey" that is posted there and don't know how to get it moved over if I have to get the new profile type! Guess I was off the boards for that whole process!
