I went to the GI doc yesterday, and when they weighed me I had lost 5lbs! A small victory in a HUGE battle but I am so excited just to see the scale move. I got out my home scale and it says the same! WooHoo! My "baby steps" are working!
Every pound counts, honey - pre and post op, so congratulations on getting that scale moving in the right direction! You'll feel so much better for it before and after surgery. Kathy
