REFLECTIONS

Thanks  Dennis.You,Shauna,Tom and so many others have giving me the willpower to kep the weight off.Everyone of us depends on the other,with that comes the strenght to sucede.
I have been so busy with my new job it is very hard to make the meetings.But being on OH and seeing what others are going through,I count my blessings.
