Whatcha eatin' Wednesday??

I haven't had time to get on here and see what everyone is up too, so I hope you are all well!!! 

I need to rein myself in a bit, so I am making a commitment to getting on every morning and at least posting what is on my menu for the day.  What is on yours?

B:  Low fat turkey sausage, cheese and egg white on lite english muffin
S:  Cheese
L:  steak and brussels sprouts
S:  granola
D:  Might go out, if not, probably a turkey burger and grilled veggies

My day is pretty much like yesterday - have to watch that I don't get into a rut with my food - I know that can make for bad consequences because of boredom! Goal is 73 g protein...

B:  Matrix Vanilla Protein Shake w/OJ
S:  Banana w/ lo-sugar peanut butter
L:  Lean turkey chef salad w/cheese
S:  Fresh melon salad
D:  Not sure...
S:  Not sure...maybe fruit again

I've been bad with the carbs in the salty, crunchy area - don't eat bread or pasta but am snacking on other stuff - its all 'good' stuff (not chips, etc) but I think I'm still downing too many carbs from that.

Hi Heather and PA!

I am right there with you...........the office donuts and soft pretzels are talking to me today!!!

B:  WaWa cheese stick and RF Triscuits alittle higher fat than normal  protein about the same 8.5g
L:  ordering chineese chicken and broccolli 20g
S:  hard boiled egg 6g(I think)
D:  turkey and cheese rolls 16g
S:  probably a profect since I will be behind on my protein and this will catch me up with 25g
S:  cheese stick and RF TRiscuits 8.5

Total for the day 84g
Daily target:  74 g


I am really parched today!!

So far I have had WC oatmeal for Breakfast

Lunch scrambled eggs with cheese and onion on a whole grain tortilla

will have a chai latte

Dinner will be Chicke and Zuchini Bake from eggface's recipes.

I work late at night so I will have various snacks

I have some cherries
some greek yogurt
nuts
it just depends

hey everyone......today i can start foods that dont come in a glass....lol......im starting the soft/mushy/pureed stage.......so for starters i made a 1/4 cup of scrambled egg beaters.........it looked so sad that lil amount in that pan but i whipped it up and ate it w/o any problems, i know some folks have egg issues early out but so far so good.......i am getting my mind around the tiny looking amounts still but i wasnt really hungry afterwards so i am sure its just old habits of needing big portions still stuck in my head and that will fade .......
