Hi everyone, I just went and got my B12 shot and got weighed. I am now 193 pounds. wooohooo (started at 371)I have lost a total of 178 pounds and my waist has also shrunk. I can not believe it. I had to look at the scale a couple of times. Just wanted to share because I was so excited.
