I had my three month appt today and I am down 58 pounds since surgery, but 85 since last January. I have also gone down 5 pant and 3 shirt sizes. I am pretty happy with my success. The dr and NUT were both pleased with my progress. The only things they would like me to differently is more variety in my diet and more veggies. SO all in all I am doing well. - Katie

Great job Katie! You are doing so well. I had to cancel my 3mo but I will be there for my 6 mo. Keep up the good work.
