Six months out results!

Hey all,

Six months ago today was my surgery.

I have lost 116 pounds.
My BP is 120/70 and my dr. has taken me off my meds for HBP.
My cholesterol is 140.

I am amazed and so happy.

CONGRATULATIONS CHERYL!!!   Sounds like you had a great six month visit and are doing wonderfully!! 116 pounds is incredible and your BP looks fantastic. I know you have to be so happy about coming off those meds and feeling so much better. Keep on successing!! Kathy

Yeah, my six month checkup went well. My blood work is all good except for I am a point low on iron---but I've been low on iron for 20 years.

Wow Cheryl,
That's fantastic! Time really flies when you're successing. I can still remember visiting you after surgery and you've done a wonderful job. The best thing is, you're just starting and there's plenty more WOW's to come.
