Hello everyone!! It's been awhile since I have been on and wanted to update everyone on how I was doing. I am 9 almost 10 months out (8/5/08 will be 10 months) and I am down 151 pounds!! Woo-Hoo!! My health is great and so is life.

Only one regret... I didn't do this a long time ago.

I hope everyone else is doing great and I am going to try to be on more often. Talk to everyone later!!

Congrratulations on your fabulous success - and only 14 pounds from goal? How wonderful!!! I think most of us carry that same regret around that we didn't do it soon, but let's face it - we had to be of the right frame of mind to be able to (a) have the surgery and (b) work the tool once we got it. But we've done it and ain't it grand?!! Keep on successing and please let us know when you reach GOAL! Kathy
