HELP! I need a good vegan dessert recipie!

I have a friend coming over this weekend that is vegan and I would like to make a dessert that she she will eat - Anyone have any good recipies? If not I might just do a blueberry crumble and use oil instead of butter/margarine for the topping.

I find it interesting that Norm would attack people's food choices. In fact, I find it a little unsettling that anyone on this board would attack others for food choices, considering where ours brought us.

I happen to be very close to being vegan (about 90-95%) and I make this choice for lots of reasons, among them, for health, vitality and compassion (to all living beings and our planet). How could that be considered "stupid"?
