I am 3 pounds from goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello All,
           I can not beleive it . I am 2 yrs out and I have been holding onto 170 forever I could not go below 170 for anything. I got on the scale this morning and I was 168 I know it is only 2 pounds but I was so excited. Thanks everyone for listening. Mae (I started out at 305 and I am 5' 11)

Hi Mae, I am doing really good. I have lost 100 pounds and only have 15 to go until I am at goal.
It has been slow going lately  - but I am okay with that. I hope to see you at the fall Pilgirmage.

          That is absolutely wonderful!!!! You should be really proud. I am going to go to the fall pilgrimage as far as I know I had a wonderful time and I met so many nice people. I also wanted to do the obesity walk in Philadelphia I think it is October 4th if I have the date correct. I have to check the date. I hope you have a great week and I hope to talk to you real soon.
