I'm upping the fluid today to help combat the extra fluid I am retaining from my friend who is with me this week (ugh) I also don't know when I will eat - I have to get my fasting bloodwork done - so I don't have meal labels on the food - as I probably won't START to eat till about 11am today...
Just about 9 mos out.....
Protein Bar 10gm
Greek Yogurt 15gm
Deli Meat and lf cheese 12gm
Ricotta cheese 20gm
I'll also bring stuff to work with me - just not sure when I am going to work and what I will be bringing yet.....

After the weekend, I've decided to cut back lol We're going on vacation next week, and I know there'll be a whole lot of eating, and drinking....
So far today this is what I've had.
3/4 c. cottage cheese and a morning star sausage patty
1 c. ff refried beans
1 c. ff refried beans
and I've had 32 oz. water, and a bunch of coffee.
In the afternoon I plan to have a protein shake, and prob. turkey stir fry for dinner :)
I need to keep myself hydrated as well!
