Welcome to the PA forum. Congrats on your surgery and weight loss.
Go to www.tickerfactory.com to get a weight ticker. As for the picture, you go to your profile and there will be a link to edit your profile and somewhere in there will be a link to add an avatar. I can't remember exactly what it says, but I always find it when I need to. If you have trouble, post a blog question, and some better people will be able to help you with it. I am a dud with that technical stuff. I just muddle through and somehow get it to work half the time.
