Barix Meeting

Sorry I missed the support meeting this month.  My work schedule has been preventing me from joining you.  I feel like I am missing so much by not being able to attend.

I'm with you on this - its so far for me to travel during the week - I'd have to leave right from work and wouldn't get home until at least 10:00. Dennis did post yesterday that they're going to try and have more meetings - possibly on weekends. I sure hope they can do that because I'd love to attend but just can't during the week. I did find a good support group near my home - its not a Barix meeting but it was run very well. They're so important and really help us in our journey. Keep your fingers crossed for those weekend meetings at Barix! Kathy 

Good Morning Deam Girl and Kathy! Many thanks to Dennis for another incredible meeting last night. There are plans to have a Saturday meeting at Barix - I am sure Dennis will post when it is firmed up. It will be great to finally meet both of you. Know it is hard for many people to come during the week due to work, too far, etc. I feel so energized after the meetings. Hope to see u soon - feel like I know u from ur posts. Tammy

You are always welcome to the one at my house. It's always on a Saturday from 1 until 5. I live in Harleysville. The next one is actually this Saturday.

Oh Heather, thank you much for the invite, but this Saturday I have tickets for s shopping trip to Rehobeth Beach.  I would have loved to attend, but I look forward to the next time.  I had just told my friend that I need to get more involved...I just feel like I would do so much better.

We understand work schedules - it does stink not being able to come though.  There was more talk of a Saturday meeting last night at that meeting.  There seeemed to be a very positive response - so I'm sure we'll get more details as they are available.  Hope you are doing well!

Yes, I am thanks!  I went for my hida scan yesterday and am now waiting the results.  I think the doctor should have them by Friday or Monday - but I will be at work tonight and Friday night - so I might be able to get my hands on them before she does.  Luckily I've had no pain - so that's a good thing!
