Medic Alert Bracelet/ Vitamins?Protein Powder

Good Morning PA posters! 
Some people at the meeting were interested in the Speidel type medic alert bracelet. I got mine for $25.00 including shipping and personalization from aspecialgift.com.
If anyone is interested in getting protein powders and or vitamins - I buy mine at vitacost.com. They have many different brands. I like the nectars - they are $25 (Barix is $30). They do charge a flat fee of $4.99 for shipping - so if u buy a few things - it saves some money in the long run.
The vitamins are also cheap from them.

Hi LIz,
The outside has a medic alert symbol and they engraved my initials on it. It opens up and I have a note inside with my name, address, Dr P's phone number,  NO NSAIDS, NO BLIND NG TUBE and my aunts phone number. I typed this up and then made it smaller on a copy machine.  
By the way - the shirts for the 5K race looked spectacular! Tammy
