Thursday Roll Call
Wow, am I the only one up right now??? It's 6:08 a.m. and usually this post is already done. But I guess I will start it since I'm now here.
Right after I post I have got to finish a transcript that has been buggin me for three days now. It was just so hard and I have to fini**** today, because the one attorney would like it quicker than the others. That's called expedited in the court reporting world. Anyway, it's just been a pain in the arse and I can't wait until I email it over to my office to get it out of my hair.
Then after that I'm jumping in the shower to unfortunately attend an old friend's father's funeral down in my old neighborhood. His father and my father were very close growing up and was in my dad's wedding. So it will be a sad day. But in another sense, and I don't want to take away from the funeral, but all my old neighbors have not seen me since I moved two years ago. So this should be very interesting. They knew me my whole life. And for them to see me at an almost normal weight is probably going to floor them. But it will be weird being happy for myself but sad for Mr. Minuto.

Good Morning! I am running late today, didn't sleep well and REALLY didn't want to get out of bed - but alas here I am at work... luckily I don't have an "official" start time so when I have these days its ok.
I have a busy day at work, then to the chiropractor and to Doylestown Hospital for support group. Then it is home to crash!
Keep cool today it is supposed to be hot and humid. Remember your fluids!

Good morning everyone - Karen, sorry to hear about your day and the funeral, but everyone seeing you will take some of the sadness out of the day because they'll be so thrilled for you - enjoy it.
I got up early and exercised, then walked the dog. There was either a coyote or fox heading our way this morning so we hi-tailed it back home - it was a little far for me to make out what is was but it wasn't another dog, that's for sure. I know we have both in our area.
Today has me at work - making a run to Costco either at lunch or after work. Tonight we'll finish moving stuff out of the family room for the carpet guys tomorrow. And that's it for my exciting day! Hope everyone has a good one. Kathy

So Sorry I wasunable to attend the meeting at Barix last night ...my hubby schedule and the meeting time have not been meshing lately--so I do hope Dennis can finanagle a Saturday meeting time at Barix!! I am sorry to have missed you all last night!
Today has me finishing up more laundry and straightening around the house. Then I plan on finishing the book s I got from the library and hopefully returning them today or tomorrow, It is a pretty boring day al around.

Good Morning Everyone,
Well, my date last night was a dud. I won't elaborate, but just did not feel respected in several different ways.
Today has me getting ready for work at the hospital, then I am not sure what is next for the evening. I do have to clean, so that sounds like a plan, and I would like to take a swim after work.
I have to get going...I overslept this morning, and my brain is kind of cobwebby.

Good Morning Karen and Pa! Yep - you certainly beat me awake. I'm sorry about the passing of your friend's dad. Remember to smile and say thank you when they notice the weight loss and not "but look at my arms" ;-)
My computer is in slow mode today - everything is taking forever to load. Oh well.
Today - hubby and I have to finish some work around the house. Thankfully his "mood" seems to be disappating a bit - we went through a couple of weeks where he was pretty depressed over everything and not doing a darn thing. Yesterday before the meeting he did mow the lawn for me and then when I got home from the meeting I came home to most of the dishes already done and the vaccuuming completed. I was quite a happy girl!
I may experiment with some muffin recipies. I've been really wanting a muffin lately - and then yesterday on the "food porn" channel one of the girls made some - and that really cemented it. I might try adding some greek yogurt or applesauce instead of oil and of course splenda instead of sugar and see how they come out.
I also have to get my bag ready for work - I don't know where half my stuff is as when I last came home from work was when I had the abdominal pain and although I normally keep all that stuff together - Friday morning it was just kind of thrown around.
In the afternoon hubby and I will probably have an early dinner, maybe watch a movie together, and then I'll be laying down for a nap as I have to go back to work. Speaking of which - I also need to call my manager and make sure she got my return to work note from Barix. I've been trying to get one faxed to them since Monday and it has not been going well. The first letter they wanted to fax over was that I had gastric bypass on October 30, 2007 and I am now cleared to return to work as of today. Uh, no. *sigh*
That's my day! Enjoy and stay cool - it's already muggy and according to my computer it will be over 90 today.

Hello everyone.
I am still on vacation and loving it. It seems like a forever since I've worked. My daughter will have off the last two days of my vaction so I'm sure she'll keep me busy lol.
The boys had a sleep over at a friends house last night so that means they didnt sleep. They will come home and expect to sleep the day away.. NOT!
I woke up early.... couldnt get back to sleep. So I already have laundry going. It's going to be another humid hot day. Trying to get as much done before noon as possible.
