One year out

I cant believe I am a year out it has all gone by so fast.
I am down 150 pounds and I feel fantastic.
ONE YEAR OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now running around the public pool in a bathing suit, no cover up. I am swimming, Diving of the diving board with a bunch of kids and feeling confident about how I look. This surgery has saved my life, Made me a better wife and mother. I am singing every Sunday in the 9:30 service and I clap and move to the music with out worring about how others think I look. I know I look good. Not to be full of my self but I love my self now and it has a lot to do with working on my insides while my outside was shrinking. It has truely been a year of discovery. Thank oyu for all the support over the past few years.

Congrats!! That is so awesome!! You should be proud! You did all the hard work and now you get to enjoy the rewards!! Way to go!

CONGRATULATIONS Victoria! You're doin' great! I particularly like the way you recognize your internal improvement along with your external successing. When we start this process there is so much we don't realize, but in a year's time you've grown and you've learned. Learning to love yourself is a major key in what you've accomplished, and now you'll always have that.
