Taking an 11 day break from posting my daily menu

In an effort to change up my daily routine, I am starting the 11 day idiot proof diet. Since there are quite a few days of not reaching my protein goal and only 4 meals a day .... I think it best not to post during this time.  I don't want anyone to copy me or think that this is WLS approved.  I am just doing this on a one time basis to break my cycle.

Even tho I don't often post my daily menu I always read yours - if you need the break take it. I'm glad you let us know ahead of time, tho - don't want to be asking where you are and worrying about you - Pam gave us enough of a scare for a while!! LOL! Hope this works for you - i know we need a routine to keep on track, but I guess sometimes we need to shake things up to shake our bodies up. Good luck - Kathy

I tried it once when I stalled at 4 mos. out.  But because I didn't have enough of a capacity to eat, and the diet is limited to 4 meals a day, it was really tough.  Now that I can handle more and can deal with any hunger issues, I believe it will work for me.  In fact, the scale had started moving back towards 180 on Friday, and this morning it is fluctuating between 168 - 172.  So I know I can get some results out of this since I have only been on the plan since Saturday morning.  Hope you are doing okay with your issues.  Will we see you on Wednesday?  Give DH my regards.

I'm hoping to be there on Wednesday.  It depends on how I am feeling and what not.  I also have to find out when my hida scan will be.  From what I understand, if my gallbladder is diseased, I will most likely have some pretty intense pain during and after the procedure - so I'm planning on the worst case scenario and planning on having pain and being at home with some pain meds.
