cellulose

Anyone know if cellulose is ok to have? Some of the meds I checked out had it, and it's not on the Barix list of sugars.....

According to the internet it is the starchy part of the plant used to make cardboard.  No reference is made to sugars in the article.

I think it's a structural type thing - not sugar.  Nan's research is great....  I didn't know about the cardboard thing!
