I will be 22 months out tomorrow.  Here is the plan. B:  weight control oatmeal with skim milk, decaf coffee L:  Roast beef lunch meat, cheddar cheese, lettuce and onion, green beans S: Cheese and tlc crackers D:  South beach meal with beef and some kind of veggie S:  watermelon about 65 grams protein hg

B: 1 c 1% milk; protein bar (not at same time); S: Banana w/lo-sugar peanut butter; L: 1 1/2 ham roll-up w/pita chips; small protein bar; S: fresh fruit salad; D: Spaghetti w/Dreamfields pasta; S: protein shake. 75 g protein for the day.

Sorry I didn't responde earlier - but that's appra pro considering my "thursday" starts now as I head off to work....lol B:  South Beach bar 10gm S:  Fresh Fruit 0gm L:  Salad with chicken 22gm That's all I've got - I'll be coming home in the morning, napping for just a short while, and then I up for the rest of the day.  The rest of my protein will be gotten during the day and evening on Friday.  I think I'll end up at the inlaws *sigh* for dinner. so....33gm right now plus my fluids and a scant amount of protein from my decaf coffee with milk....
