Holy Moly!!  Two weeks away!!  Awesome for you!  Yup PATS are quite some time - I think I was there for 3 hours. You will have: Pee test Gallbladder Ultrasound if ordered by your doc Blood Work Chest x ray Breathing test EKG Meeting/question/answer session w/ the nurse Meeting with insurance person Meeting with nuts Meeting with respiratory therapist Meeting with medical doctor (not your surgeon - a different doctor to review your bloodwork you have done while you are there) Am I missing something?  I might be. You have to fast for the gallbladder ultrasound and the bloodwork.  After those two things are done you should be allowed to eat and drink - but ask first. Bring a list of any meds you take the dosages etc.  They will record this info! Barix is awesome in my opinion - good luck! Pam
