As we are all aware, Cranberry Juice is known to combat bladder infections.  I didn't want to use it because of the excess calories.  The Diet version tastes like artificial something, aside from giving me a headache.  So I discovered in the supplement isle at Pathmark Chewable Cranberry Tablets equivalent to 1000 mg. with vitamin C, one tablet has 6 calories and 1.3 carbs which are all sugar.  Best news is that it works.  The bladder cramping is gone. Whew, I am so glad to avoid a trip to the doctor for which I would have to take time off from work for.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

Glad it is working for you.  Up the water intake if you can, too,  to help flush whatever is there out. Pam

I am already drinking between 160-192 oz.  a day.  Any more and I will drown.

I have a form of that... but it isn't chewable... it is in a soft capsul form... no added sugar... I got it at the drug store a while back...
