Hello everyone!!! I am working and in a great deal of pain today. I have 3 dislocated ribs and am seeing the chiropracter tonight for them. He set them on Wednesday but yesterday morning they poped back out again. Hurts like heck.  I have had to put my gym membership on hold due to this injury so I am going to start walking in the evenings with my girls. I know its no where near the hard work out I was getting but I figure it is better than doing nothing at all. Right now I am not allowed to lift, bend, or twist. It has made for an interesting camping trip over last weekend.  Jen

Jen, Ribs hurt like the dickens!  I sure do hope that you are feeling better soon.  And remember, taking care of yourself is most important - don't worry about the gym right now - stick with the light walking and heal yourself! Feel better! Pam
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well and that you all had a wonderful long weekend.
We went away and I got a LOT of exercise in while we were gone.
I also got sunburned which I'm trying to deal with. It is pretty sore. Always check your sunscreen for an expiration date!
I did my weigh in this morning and I am down a total of 91lbs in 6 months. I cannot believe it! I have so much more energy than I used to and it is wonderful.
I'm almost halfway to my goal weight!
