I just saw Alton Brown make this... and if you make a few slight changes... would be something fun and different...  I would use FF mayo... but the only thing I don't know off the top of my head is what is in capers... I don't have a jar here... so not sure on sugar and fat... but I don't like them so I wouldn't use them lol...   But he put this on a green salad, toast, veggie dip, etc... sounds very versable as far as dishes go... also I bet you could use salmon and canned chicken as well for this... http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,1977,FOOD_9 936_189637,00.html Tuna Dressing  Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 10 minutes Yield: 1 cup dressing 1 (7-ounce) pouch albacore tuna 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon capers, with their juice Pinch freshly ground black pepper  Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a small food processor and process until creamy, 1 1/2 minutes.
