ok, many of you know that I have been having major issues with gas when I eat fruits and veggies... which makes it really hard when you have part time jobs and not want to kill people with the horrible smelling gas...

Well I remember when I was trying to nurse Lorelei there was a list of veggies not to eat because it would make the baby super gassy... I can't remember what was on the list etc... but I was wondering if anyone remembered what they might be etc...

Because I can't seem to get the nuts. at barix to understand how horrible smelling this gas can be... last week I puked after one fart... it was that bad... and my hubby has slept on the couch one night too last week... and me not being able to eat fruits and veggies is really effecting my weight loss now... btw... the beano hasn't worked lol... because if I have to work at night that means no fruits or veggies because the gas starts in around 4pm and doesn't end until about 2am... so it is also starting to effect my sleep because it wakes me up...

So thanks in adv for who ever posts the list hehehe...

Shannon, Look into Devrom. I'm sure you can do a search for it.  You take two pills with 3 meals (I would say breakfast lunch and dinner even though we eat 6 times a day)  There was big talk about it at the last two barix meetings.  People swear by it.  Apparantly, it doesn't take the gas away, but it takes the smell away. Gassy veggies off the top of my head:  broccolli, cauliflower I have to look up the rest but gotta go to work now :( Good luck!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

ohhh I will have to look up that Devrom stuff... i don't care about passing air lol... but the smell ack...

Yeah broccolli and cauliflower is all that my hubby and I can think of off that list... I tried calling the local hospital and tried to see if the lacation consultant would help me but she wouldn't tell me the list over the phone... they still aren't helpful lol...

Thanks Nana...  Well from your search and then me using the right words in my search I came up with this list...  Now after seeing this list I have no idea what to do lol... I eat lots of apples, strawberries, bananas, onions, peas, tomatoes in stuff, asparagus etc... Eggs- eat lots of eggs...  I don't have a huge list of fruits and veggies that I like lol... so I think I am screwed until I find that stuff that Pam talked about lol...
