Good Morning Everyone, I tried a new (new for me) product from GNC that tasted really good so I wanted to share with you all. It will be especially good for new post-ops. It's called Instone high protein pudding. I have the banana cream and I think it comes in vanilla and chocolate as well. It comes in a small can/4 pack and the cost was $4 something with the gold card. Here are the numbers: 1 can has 100 calories, 20 grams of protein, fat 2 grams, sodium 360 mg, potassium 380 mg, carb 1 gram, sugar and fiber zero.  Wishing everyone a good day. Teresa

Teresa, I think I tried that newly post op thanks to a few freebies a friend had given me.  You're right - pretty good.  Thanks for the reminder and the info! Pam

I bought some right out of post-op...It's good, but pricey...It's a nice take along...but at $2 per can....it's not an everyday..... I now make my own SF instant pudding, so I have a wider selection of flavors.....and add 1 scoop of anywhey, and a tad extra milk.... That's my two cents....feel free to return the change.

Hi Steve, I haven't had much luck with anywhey. I can't seem to get it to blend well in anything and I can taste it and it's not nice :o) Maybe you can give me some pointers on adding it to pudding and oatmeal and such???? Teresa

When I did the five day pouch test, I did the following: 2 packages sf instant cheesecake pudding 2 packages of sf instant chocolate pudding First I measured out the milk for each (I didn't combine the two - I made two batches, one of cheesecake one of chocolate) Then I mixed in 2 scoops of "Muscle Milk Lite Vanilla Creme" into each batch of milk.  I stirred until dissolved. Then added the pudding and mixed until thickened. Placed in individual cups and let set. The only thing I noticed (and generally I taste protein pudding in things) is that is was super sweet, probably because of the vanilla creme flavor of the protein powder. It was decent.  Not great, but definately doable. Pam

Maybe it is because I used a stronger flavored pudding...I went w/ SF Pistachio....

But I took the package, and opened it up in the bowl, then added the anywhey and stirred it up. Then added the milk ( a little more than the package called for).
