I used to... when I ate broccoli... but since I was pregnant with Lorelei and had the stomach flu I haven't touched the stuff... the smell oof it makes me want to puke now!

I have only colored my hair a few times... it is naturally a golden blond... so it stayed around that color... but I dyed it once red- turned pink because of my blond hair... and the other time brown... I so can't do a brown! So I haven't dyed it in like 9 years or so...

I love the red I dyed it a month or so ago - but it washed out within 2 weeks - apparantly brunettes have trouble getting the red to stick according to some of my friends and my hairdresser. I really did love that color - and would do it again too
