I changed my menu around yesterday due to the hospital stay - but I stayed on track, brought food with me, and still hit protein goals. 8 mos out - here's the plan:
B: Kashi and milk: 9gm
S: Ricotta cheese 20gm
L: Salad with turkey/cheese 18gm
S: PB and apple 9gm
D: ?? Probably steak
S: SF water ice
